(6) Ref Doc 104, 16 04 26 Notifying His Excellency, Mr. Dharambeer Gokhool, G.C.S.K thru the Secretariat: Apart from the current RISE in COST of Living in Mauritius; the LAW and ORDER is very MEDIOCRE. We are back to the years 2011/14. I had to notify his Excellency of what is going on and due to the Police I lost trust in this Government. The Government is failing its promise of my safety. As I said to the HRD ; my late father was a CID Officer , I know these fields of law/court/police/ etc very well and the way the Police behave is AS IF THEY ARE ACCOMPLICES of these harassers who hinder my tranquility and peace of mind and temper with my freedom to enjoy my beautiful property big house and garden whereby I am sole owner . I hope that these authorities IPCC/HRD & hon members WILL DO THEIR DUTIES; what are the motives of these neighbourhoods DODO/FLAMMANTS and Scavengers of Municipality of Quatre Bornes const 18 (i) they support my enemies of Cases HORSES/PRIVATE SCHOOLS/Police/Private companies etc , this is why FLAMMANT keep shouting 'WHY I AM NOT AVOUE-ing' (ii) they support GANDIA (iii) they are pervert and sexual predators EACH TIME pushing from the BACK. and ALSO they need to be ARRESTED and put " hors d'état de nuire'. Otherwise authorities also will FAIL their IMPARTIALITY and DUTIES.

(5) Ref Doc 103, 16/04/26 Notifying the Human Rights Division : I make complaints after complaints but Police PRETEND TO WORK AGAIN AND AGAIN till they pretend not to have any records of what is happening and do victim blaming . As listed in my complaint to IPCC ref doc 101, 150426 , my late father was a CID Officer , I know these fields of law/court/police/ etc very well and the way the Police behave is AS IF THEY ARE ACCOMPLICES of these harassers who hinder my tranquility and peace of mind and temper with my freedom to enjoy my beautiful property big house and garden whereby I am sole owner . Neighbors FLAMMANTS/DODOS Destroying & STEAL (clothes, cleaning solutions) throw dog excrement/urine/ rubbish , Neighbourhoods DODO/FLAMMANTS in complicity with Scavengers of Municipality of Quatre Bornes const 18 do 'DIAB' infront of my property (spreading DIRTY OILY BLOODY SUBSTANCE, coconut,dead rats/lizards/snails ) but still the Police of Sodnac do not take my statements. They act in all impunity as if justice is in their hands. I do not know what is the real motive of these Neighborhoods dodo/flammant and Scavengers of Municipality of Quatre Bornes const 18 SINCE THE POLICE IS Neither taking my complaints nor doing their inquiries ; (i) they support my enemies of Cases HORSES/PRIVATE SCHOOLS/Police/Private companies etc , this is why FLAMMANT keep shouting 'WHY I AM NOT AVOUE-ing' (ii) they support GANDIA (iii) they are pervert and sexual predators EACH TIME pushing from the BACK. I will NOT forgive the POLICE till those neighbourhoods / Scavengers are ARRESTED and put " hors d'état de nuire'. Same as the years 2011/14 the Government is already failing in all its promises/cutting pensions & benefits and rising all prices and the law & order is MEDIOCRE. Due to the behaviour of the Police, I have LOST TRUST in this Government in Power.

(4) Ref Doc 102, 15/04/26 To Hon members of both sides thru Clerk of N.A. : I wish to notify both sides that ; Due to the Persistent harassment from Neighborhoods DODO/FLAMMANTS and Scavengers of Municipality of Quatre Bornes const 18, I have been making SEVERAL Complaints but the POLICE are NOT DOING their jobs. Today 15/04/26 I even had to move quickly ( RUN AWAY ) from Sodnac Police station. They are doing victim blaming, raising voice and pretending not to know what is happening, 'DEKLAR KOUYON.' I have reported the matter to the IPCC.since I fear for my safety from both Neighborhoods DODO/FLAMMANTS and Scavengers and from Police also ( same as the years 2011/14)

(3) Ref 101, 15/04/26. Complaint To the IPCC PERSISTENT HARASSMENT from Neighborhoods DODO/FLAMMANTS , in all impunity , hindering my peace of mind and Tranquility. SCAVENGERS of Municipality of Quatre Bornes Const 18 ALSO search problems BUT POLICE of SODNAC not TAKING STATEMENTS nor helping me despite many complaints ( Sodnac Police tells me they have no records. The Police ' DEKLAR KOUYON' ) and many complaints to CSU ( many complaints , no result) .I fear for my safety from BOTH neighborhoods DODO/ FLAMMANTS/ Scavengers of Municipality of QB Const 18 and from POLICE who is not doing their jobs. UNDER THIS GOVERNMENT (same as 2011/2014). The government is not keeping their promise of my safety. WHY THE POLICE IS NOT DOING THEIR DUTIES ? why these neighbourhoods DODO/FLAMMANTS/scavengers keep searching problems with me ? [ not a confidential letter ]

(2) CSU REF 26492183 , 18 03 26 I wish to AGAIN make a complaint since the Scavengers of Municipality of Quatre Bornes const 18 HAVE NOT UNDERSTOOD AND THEY AGAIN spill a DIRTY OILY substance all along infront of my property. And this AGAIN does not go with water, it is DIRTY OIL, which now look like BLOOD . Kindly inform those Scavengers of Municipality of Quatre Bornes const 18, including the driver of the WASTE LORRY, NOT TO DO THEIR 'diab' infront of my property . I will ALSO notify hon members of const 18 of this issue.
