Politics and Scavengers doing 'DIAB' witchcraft infront of my property

- (2) CSU REF 26492183 , 18 03 26 I wish to AGAIN make a complaint since the Scavengers of Municipality of Quatre Bornes const 18 HAVE NOT UNDERSTOOD AND THEY AGAIN spill a DIRTY OILY substance all along infront of my property. And this AGAIN does not go with water, it is DIRTY OIL, which now look like BLOOD . Kindly inform those Scavengers of Municipality of Quatre Bornes const 18, including the driver of the WASTE LORRY, NOT TO DO THEIR 'diab' infront of my property . I will ALSO notify hon members of const 18 of this issue.
